Land has elongated character sloping to the southeast in a large protected area. The advantage of the place is its surrounding nature and trees on the land itself. This contact with nature was chosen as inspiring concept. The building program was divided into two visible masses of individual houses and large basement. It was elected position that allows to both houses houses create a more intimate and graceful composition.
